Returns and Exchanges


Thank you for shopping with Pun 1ntended! We apologize for issues you may be having.

Our return policy states that returns for full refund can be made 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. Purchases made outside of the 30-day window may be exchanged or partially refunded on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be free from odors and in its original packaging for any refund to be issued.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number. Please do not send your item(s) back to the manufacturer. Instead, please send to 907 Briggs Chaney Rd Silver Spring, MD 20905

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a receipt notification of your returned item by email. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be immediately processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take at least 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you have not received your refund within 5 business days, contact your financial institution as processing time varies between different institution.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at pun1ntendedapparel@gmail.com and we will to everything we can on our end to address the issue.

Sale items

If an item you purchased was not on sale at the time you purchased it, you will need your receipt for a full refund. Otherwise, you will receive the sale price for the item.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange for a different size or different item, please send us an email at pun1ntendedapparel@gmail.com and we will issue you a return shipping label and a full refund minus the cost of shipping. You will then need to re-order your desired item at the desired size. If your receipt states that you purchased an item that was on sale and is no longer on sale, the sale price will be honored and deducted from your order. Simply notify us of the situation and we will accommodate you accordingly.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the current value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

Shipping

Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be returned to us. It is recommended that if you are shipping anything over $75, that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
